Little Butterflies is a tech girl team of STEM enthusiasts, homeschoolers and friends who have worked exceptionally hard to achieve their goals. They triumphed at the '2017 Tech Girls are Superheros' competition winning the NSW Junior division with their App, Talk to the Hand - Learn AUSLAN.  This app allows people to learn one of Australia's native languages - AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language) through videos, games, songs, and quizzes - look for their pitch & demo videos on you tube. The girls also had to prepare a complete business plan with entrepreneurial mission statements, market research, financial analysis and marketing strategies.
The girls triumphed again in 2018 winning the NSW senior division with their app; Talk to the Hand - My Buckets Full.  This app assist people with sensory processing disorder or those needing assistance to self-regulate throughout the day with a range of physical movement activities, games, music and relaxation activities. Through their app development the girls continue to strive to make a difference.

Their high standards lead them to being selected as the 2018 Australian ambassadors for the Tech Girl movement. This role aims to close the gender gap in the STEM industry and encourage other girls like themselves to explore STEM areas. As part of this role the girls toured Silicon Valley and San Francisco pitching their app ideas to senior executives and female mentors within many top name tech companies.
